This website is deliberately built AI-native. Its editorial content — text, illustrations and animations — is created with generative AI, based on original ideas and direction, and reviewed before publication. This page discloses that openly, so you know how this site is made.

What is created with AI

The blog posts, illustrations and visual animations on this website are created with generative AI — based on original concepts and direction. AI is the tool: the idea, the brief, the review and the sign-off come from a human; the drafting and the design come from the AI. The optional read-aloud feature also uses an AI-synthesised voice (text-to-speech).

What is real

All personal and factual details about the provider are real and are never invented by AI: name, contact details, professional background and the information in the imprint. The portrait photograph is a genuine photograph and not AI-generated; it has only been cropped and colour-matched to the design. Where posts cite facts, figures or benchmarks, these come from external sources that — where applicable — are named in the respective post and checked to the best of our knowledge.

Every published item is reviewed for content before publication. Editorial responsibility for all content on this website is held by Leon Lotz (contact: see Imprint). For the editorial texts, this constitutes human review and editorial responsibility within the meaning of the second subparagraph of Article 50(4) of Regulation (EU) 2024/1689 (AI Act); the illustrations are abstract and do not depict real persons or places.

Why this is disclosed

Being transparent about the use of AI builds trust — especially for a practice that combines AI consulting with legally sound software. This disclosure is made in the interest of maximum transparency and follows the transparency requirements of the EU AI Act (Article 50), which apply from 2 August 2026.
